Makes: 4 sandwiches
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) Creamy Guacamole Dip, prepared
  • 1 C (250 ml) baby shrimp
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) diced bell pepper
  • 8 slices whole-grain bread, or crusty rolls, tortilla wraps or pita pockets

Preparation


 
  • Gently fold shrimp and pepper into Guacamole Dip.
  • Serve on bread.
